Production Management

Our team specializes in technical event production management, providing you with a single point of contact who will oversee the logistical management and collaborate with your other event partners throughout the entire process. We manage all aspects of the event from the initial brief to the final execution.  We have extensive experience in managing and collaborating with event producers, set builders and other event partners. Our services include event day management, production of the event run sheet, coordinating the setup and strike, liaising with other suppliers and venues, as well as the design, supply, management and operation of all technical elements.  We offer consulting and management services for all your technical and production requirements for live, large and special events.  Our technical manager and production manager play separate but overlapping roles and work side-by-side to ensure a successful event that runs smoothly, on time and within budget. For smaller events, one person can carry out both roles.
